What is stress?

A physiologic response? An intellectual consideration?
An attempt to maintain the balance of neutral?
We are all aware of stress. We could not function without it.

Good stress? Bad stress?
How we responds is what can make a difference. Teens are at an increased risk through adolescence for over or under reacting to stress. Check out this link for information on how to deal with the inevitable...STRESS.
